Le trousseau d'Eulalie

This is very unique French publication. It is the diary entries and drawings of a French lady and includes 8 styles of monogramming alphabets. Two of the alphabets are charted for cross stitch embroidery and the remaining six are suitable for hand embroidery. The diary entries are dated from 1898 to 1906. This is a wonderful collection for the monogram enthusiast and would be even more special to someone who could read the French diary entries! Either way, this is a wonderful look at how patterns were preserved.
