Dorset Feather Stitchery by Olivia Pass

This happy easy work was started in 1954 by some members of the Dorset Federation of Women's Institutes and has spread rapidly around the world. Using such stitches as blanket stitch, feather stitch, chain stitch, wheatear stitch and many variations of these stitches, you will learn to create many of the wonderful designs illustrated in the book. The designs are both simple and elaborate and the techniques learned can be used in endless ways to create your own decorated items.
