Her second book in this series contains more reversible blackwork and Holbein patterns, non-reversible blackwork patterns, borders, medallions and darning patterns. The purpose of this book is to give the reader more intriguing blackwork patterns, borders and medallions to stimulate the interest of those who enjoyed her first book Reversible Blackwork. A majority of the patterns contained in this book were graphed from historic samplers found in textile study rooms throughout European museums. Again, pathfinders were made for all patterns.
